Apple Health

How do I connect Apple Health?

You can connect Apple Health in the Pacero iOS app. Open Settings → Integrations and allow access to workouts and selected health data.

Why did a workout or sleep not appear?

First, check whether the data is visible in the Health app on your iPhone. Then open Pacero so sync can run. Some data may appear only after your watch syncs with your phone.

How do I disconnect Apple Health?

You can change access in iOS privacy settings or in the Pacero mobile app under Integrations. After disconnecting, Pacero stops reading new data from Apple Health.

Health Connect

How do I connect Health Connect?

You can connect Health Connect in the Pacero Android app. Open Settings → Integrations and allow access to workouts and selected health data.

Why did the data not sync?

Check whether your watch app writes data to Health Connect and whether Pacero has permission to access it. Then open Pacero and start sync.

How do I disconnect Health Connect?

You can change access in Health Connect settings or in the Pacero mobile app under Integrations. After disconnecting, Pacero stops reading new data from Health Connect.

Activities without automatic sync

Can I use Pacero without a watch?

Yes. You can upload a GPX/FIT file or enter the workout manually. Manual logging is useful for treadmill runs, strength training, or when you only have basic details.

When should I use GPX/FIT and when manual logging?

Use GPX/FIT if you have a file from your watch or another app. Use manual logging if you only have basic details, such as distance, duration, heart rate or perceived effort.

Will manually logged workouts affect the plan?

Yes, Pacero can count them toward the reality of the week. Analysis accuracy depends on how much data you enter when logging manually.

Pacero Readiness

What is Pacero Readiness?

Pacero Readiness is based on sleep, resting heart rate, and training load. It helps you decide whether to keep the plan, go easier, or leave more reserve today.

Why did I not receive a morning recommendation?

The morning recommendation is prepared after available data syncs. Check that Pacero Readiness is enabled, push notifications are allowed, and sleep or resting heart rate is available in Apple Health or Health Connect.

Is Pacero Readiness medical diagnostics?

No. Pacero does not replace a doctor or medical diagnostics. It compares your values with your own history and gives training guidance.

Why is the lock screen notification neutral?

On the lock screen, Pacero does not show sensitive values or health verdicts. The detailed recommendation is available inside the app.

Account and data

How do I delete my account or data?

You can delete your account in Settings → Privacy and data. Account deletion removes or anonymizes your training data, activities, metrics, Pacero analyses, races, goals and notes according to our Privacy Policy. Connected services are disconnected and stored access tokens are removed. If you need help, contact us at podpora@pacero.sk.

How do I request a data export?

You can export your training data in Settings → Privacy and data. If the export does not work or you need help, contact us at podpora@pacero.sk.

I could not confirm my email. What should I do?

Try signing in and requesting a new confirmation email. If the problem continues, contact us.

Training recommendations

Is Pacero a replacement for a coach or doctor?

No. Pacero is a training assistant for runners. It helps with planning, feedback and progress, but it does not replace a personal coach, doctor or medical advice.

What if I have health limitations?

If you have a health issue, pain or uncertainty, consult your training with a doctor or qualified professional.
