Watch data

Your watch already collects the data. Pacero turns it into training guidance.

Connect Apple Health or Health Connect. Pacero brings in workouts, heart rate, sleep and load without manual copying.

Works with what you already use

Apple Watch, Garmin, Coros, Polar, Suunto — if your watch or its app writes data to Apple Health or Health Connect, Pacero can use it based on availability and your permissions. You do not need to change your watch. Just allow access to the data already available on your phone.

Even without automatic sync

No watch or no connection? Upload GPX/FIT or log the workout manually. Analysis and training guidance still work.

Example

This is what one run looks like in Pacero.

Upload a run. Get clear feedback. Know what to do next.

2

What Pacero found

Pace was steady, but heart rate and load were higher than the goal of an easy run.

The run counted toward volume, but the next workout should not add more intensity.
3

Next step

Tomorrow: recovery run

35–45 min in Z1–Z2. Today’s run was more intense than planned — let your body absorb the load.
Who it is for

For runners who want to train smarter — not just more.

Pacero is for runners who want a clear weekly plan, feedback after every run, and training based on reality.

Want to run your first 5K or 10K?

Start with a plan that respects where you are now — not where you ‘should’ be.

Want to run faster?

See whether you’re getting faster at a similar heart rate. That’s progress that actually matters.

Want to train consistently without burning out?

Pacero follows your rhythm and warns you when your load is rising too quickly.

Have a race on the calendar?

Your plan adapts to your race date, current pace, and actual form.

Features

Everything in one place: plan, analysis, progress, and morning guidance.

Pacero connects your training, health data, and plan into one clear view — so you know what to do after a run, during the week, and every morning.

Adaptive training plan

The plan adapts to what you actually run — not just what was scheduled.

After every run, you get clear feedback: intensity, load, plan completion, and the next recommended step.

Morning guidance

Every morning after sync, you know whether to follow the plan, keep some reserve, or choose an easier day.

Progress that makes sense

Track records, milestones, training load, and aerobic efficiency — whether you’re improving at a similar heart rate.

How it works

Training data first. Clear guidance next.

Pacero first calculates pace, heart rate, zones, load, sleep and progress. Then Pacero Coach explains what it means for your next workout.

FAQ

Quick answers before you start.

Is Pacero also for beginners?

Yes. At the start, you set your level, goal, and available time. Pacero starts cautiously and adapts the plan to what you can realistically handle.

How do I get workouts into Pacero?

The easiest way is through Apple Health on iOS or Health Connect on Android. If a workout is not synced, you can upload a GPX/FIT file or enter it manually.

Does it work with Apple Watch?

Yes, through Apple Health. If workouts and metrics are available in Apple Health, Pacero can use them for analysis and recommendations.

Does it work with my watch?

It depends on whether your watch or its app writes the needed data into Apple Health or Health Connect. Pacero can use that data depending on availability and permissions.

What does AI do?

The app first calculates metrics and training signals. AI then helps explain the result in plain language and recommend the next step.

Is Pacero Readiness medical diagnostics?

No. Pacero Readiness compares your values with your own history and gives training guidance. It does not replace a doctor or medical diagnostics.

Do I get a plan every week?

Yes. Pacero reviews the current week, training load and feedback, then prepares the next plan based on reality.
