Account deletion
You can delete your Pacero account directly in the app from account settings. If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by email.
How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your Pacero account and related data, contact us at podpora@pacero.sk from the email address used for your Pacero account.
Include the subject: Account deletion and the email address of the account you want to delete.
After receiving the request, we may verify that the request comes from the account owner. After verification, we will delete the account or anonymize related data as required by applicable law.
Data that may be deleted
When deleting an account, we may delete or anonymize:
- account and profile data,
- training activities and manual entries,
- imported GPX/FIT files,
- AI analyses and training recommendations,
- health and fitness data synced from Apple Health or Health Connect,
- account, notification and preference settings,
- friend, club and shared training data linked to the account, unless retention is needed to protect other users' rights or service integrity.
Data we may retain temporarily
We may retain some data for as long as necessary for legal, accounting, security, anti-abuse or operational reasons. This may include data needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve security incidents, prevent misuse of the service, or demonstrate compliance with contractual and legal obligations.
Processing time
We process requests without undue delay. If we need additional information or account ownership verification, we will contact you at the email address used in the request.
