A 5K, 10K, half marathon or marathon sets the direction of your preparation.
Completed workouts, volume, intensity and load shape the next week.
The plan does not push intensity at any cost. When needed, it adds an easier day or recovery.
Pacero does not just show numbers after a run. It evaluates intensity, pace, heart rate and how the workout unfolded against your plan. You immediately see what went well, what to watch and how to adjust your next step.
The long run was meant to be easy, but heart rate and distance were significantly higher. This indicates a higher overall load.
Pacero brings today’s plan, sleep, resting heart rate and training load into one clear recommendation. Instead of another graph, you get a clear signal to follow the plan, keep some reserve, choose an easier option or recover.
Today’s signals are stable and training load is within an appropriate range. Continue with the plan and keep today’s easy run in Z2.

When I started training for my first half marathon, I did not want to spend dozens of euros on a coach, but the ready-made plans in watches and apps did not suit me either. There were plenty of numbers everywhere — what I was missing was a simple explanation of what they meant and why the next workout should look the way it did.
At the same time, I wanted to bring together the two things I enjoy most: running and technology. That is how Pacero began.
Pacero calculates the training plan, load and adaptation from fixed rules and real training data. AI does not decide your paces or invent your workouts — it is used to explain the results and connections in plain language.
Over time, I added a view of the whole season: race planning, A/B/C priorities, training phases and year-over-year result comparisons. I wanted to see not only how many kilometres I had run, but whether I was actually improving — for example, whether I could run faster at a similar heart rate and whether my aerobic efficiency was getting better. The goal remains the same — you should not have to piece your training together from five apps and dozens of metrics, but instead have one clear system.
Later, I also added a club space for running clubs and communities that run together regularly. Not to turn Pacero into another social network, but to give groups that actually run together a shared place for training, races and communication.
I am still building Pacero and testing it in my own training. I am grateful for every piece of feedback — it often leads to further improvements and new ideas. If something does not feel right or you have an idea, write to me directly.
